International Food Insights Journal (IFIJ) is a newly launched sister journal of the International Food Research Journal (IFRJ). We invite food scholars to submit papers to IFIJ. IFIJ is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary journal that focuses on food management and service while also integrating food science and technology.
